My wife and I are here at the Sheraton for one night, leaving on a cruise tomorrow. With no other restaurants within walking distance, we thought we'd try the hotel restaurant, even though these are usually the kind of eating establishments we avoid. Very quick service. Very nice waitstaff. Courtney was our server and she was so kind and efficient. She had good suggestions. We decided on the chicken quesadilla. We also shared the wedge salad. The ruben was just ok, My wife said it did not have a lot of flavor. The wedge salad was great. And I like the quesadilla. The tortilla was crispy and the filing was generous and hot. With the addition of hot sauce it was delicious . The service was excellent.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to the friendly service even if the food would be just ok. The service was not really friendly or unfriendly. It was mostly just robotic. The food seems to come from the kitchen that prepares room service. The menus are all similar - lobby/grill/room service. Ordered a "small bite" 1/2 cheese sandwich and tomato basil bisque in a shot glass ($5). Bisque was flavorful and the cheese sandwich was - a cheese sandwich. Also ordered salads and kids mini bacon and cheese burgers. Burgers were pretty big, comes with 2 and a separate plate of crinkle fries for $6! The other prices were $10 - $15 per plate kinda pricey for what they were. Also ordered singapore sling ($10), very good.

Had two horrible meals at this restaurant which were way over priced. I hardly write a review about a bad meal unless it is really bad and these were. The fries were awful. I mean how hard are french fries? The chicken fingers were even worse. The coleslaw was terrible as well and the chicken sandwich I had was decent. There are no close places nearby the walk to and parking is such a pain at this hotel I didn't want to drive anywhere and lose my spot. Don't know how a place especially a Sheraton hotel can get away with serving such low quality food. To ad to his the reese's I got in the gift shop tasted like they were a year old. I highly recommend either going grocery shopping before coming to this hotel or plan on taking the time to eat elsewhere.

Don't understand why there are bad reviews. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The pricing was not bad at all for a hotel restaurant. Definitely recommend if you do not want to go out anywhere to eat.

Yeah it was OK but I gave them one extra star for having a Florida micro brew available the Swap Ape Beer from Florida Brew Company, it's was 10% alcohol and had a fm full IPA flavor, although they call it a Double IPA. The mahi sandwich was OK, I ate there after 10 pm so they only had a limited after hours menu. All in all OK but an extra star for having a local brew available.

It was almost criminal what they did to that poor mahi before they slapped it's dry carcass on a bun and tried to feed it to me. The only reason this meal got two stars was because the side of fruit and the pickle were actually good. Also, the service was reminiscent of what one might expect when in prison and took an excruciatingly long time.

Well, it's hotel lobby bar food. One star for good service. One big star for the great wine list. Whenever Monkey come to Florida, fish is usually on the brain. This time it's the MAHI MAHI SANDWICH, blackened with lettuce, tomato and sweet potato fries. Fish was dry! Blackened is to spice, not to overcook! Bun was large, soft, perfect bookends to hold any sandwich together. Sweet potato fries were okay, but finished them nonetheless. Monkey do 14HANDS CABERNET anytime it is available. Surprised to find it offered here, is the main reason for coming downstairs in the first place. Gotta have it after a long day of work. The search for superb hotel lobby bar food continues...
